This Privacy Policy explains how Wright AI Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Data Lead Sell platform (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your email address and the business name and return-mailing address you provide (used as the return address on mail you send through the Service). We do not collect or store your payment card details directly - subscription payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
The Service also provides access to information compiled from public records - county assessor and probate records, and published obituaries - about property owners and estates. This data is not information submitted by you, and this section describes it for transparency rather than as data collected "from" you.
We use account information to operate the Service: authenticating logins, billing subscriptions, granting county access, and printing the correct return address on mail you send. We don't sell your account information to third parties.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and letter-sending records indefinitely as a business record of mail sent through the Service. You can request deletion of your account information by contacting us, subject to records we're required to keep for billing or legal purposes.
We use industry-standard measures - including encrypted connections and access-controlled hosting - to protect account information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The Service is intended for business use by real estate professionals and is not directed at children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
